ONLINE COUNSELING
Through online counseling, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can reflect on your experiences, gain clarity, and move towards peace—both within yourself and in your relationships. Together, we’ll explore the experiences and patterns shaping your life, bring new insights, and equip you with practical tools for healing and resilience.

Common areas of focus include:
-
Anxiety and depression
-
Trauma and grief
-
Relationships
-
Parenting
-
Behavioral challenges
-
Personal growth and life transitions
I use a mix of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR to support recovery from past trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques to build practical skills for managing overwhelming emotions and shifting unhelpful thought patterns. I also offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for parents of young children with challenging behaviors. For clients seeking a faith-based approach, I’m glad to incorporate your beliefs in a way that feels meaningful and supportive. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to support your unique needs.
Sessions are provided virtually, as a convenient and private way to engage in counseling. I utilize a secure, confidential video conferencing platform, so you can meet with me from the comfort of your home, office, or any private space—without the need to travel or sit in a waiting room. Online counseling is available to residents of Virginia and North Carolina, and may also be available to those in other states or countries, depending on local counseling regulations.
I am in-network with several insurance plans through a partnership with Headway and also offer a self-pay option. Please contact me for current rates and accepted insurance plans.
